Do you have a showroom?

Yes, our workshop is in Mangawhai an hour north of Auckland. Contact us for viewing appointment, Rob 021 721 797.  

Do you deliver?

Yes, we can deliver or freight product New Zealand wide.  We take extra care to ensure your pieces arrive safely.  

Do you make custom designs?

Yes, we make our own moulds and would be more than happy to work with you to design your own bespoke masterpiece.   

How long does it take to manufacture?

All our pieces are handcrafted and therefore one-of-a-kind. It can take between 2-8 weeks depending on the product being produced.   

Are all products New Zealand made?

Yes, we're proud to be NZ owned and environmentally responsible with all our products created in our workshop at Mangawhai constructed from local materials and made to last.   

Can colours vary?

Colours may vary due to slight changes in the natural aggregates used and due to the handmade nature of our products.  

How do I handle the product?

Careful handling is required and clean gloves should be worn when installing. When handling, take care not to put pressure on edges and corners which may be susceptible to damage.  All items should be left for 48 hours after sealing or glueing before being planted or filled with water.   

Can crazing occur?

Fine crazing can occur, this is called thermal shock and will self heal and occurs in most cement based products. It does not affect the structural integrity of the product. As with all cement based products there can be efflorescence (the migration of a salt to the surface of a porous material) but this will generally wear away over a period of time.  

When should I seal the product?

We recommend sealing of tables, benches and water features as this will help protect the product from most discolouration and help slow the ageing process. Sealing cannot take place until the product is completely dry including all mortar or glue joints.
